Bring it back. We’ll bring it back to life.

Jewelry repair and turquoise repair in Kingman — ring sizing, prong tightening, stone setting, soldering, restringing, and watch batteries — done in the back room on Beale St, not shipped to a city you’ve never been to.

Your grandmother’s ring isn’t sitting in a drawer because you don’t love it. It’s there because it doesn’t fit, the prongs scare you, or the chain’s been knotted since 2019. We fix that — a few feet from where you’re standing, on a bench we’ve been working at since 2017.

Ring sizing — most jobs, while you grab lunch on Beale

A size up or down on a plain sterling or gold band is usually $35–$75 and ready the same afternoon. Going more than a full size, or sizing a channel-set or eternity band, takes 24–72 hours, and we quote it before we touch it. Heavy turquoise inlay? We slow down. That stone has waited fifty years for someone to crack it, and it’s not happening on our bench.

Turquoise repair — cracked stones, lost cabs, re-set heirlooms

Most turquoise repair in Kingman gets handed to whoever’s closest. We’d rather you hand it to someone who knows what real Kingman material is worth. Cracked cab on an inherited ring: we stabilize and re-set when it’s salvageable, and match a new stone from our own rough when it isn’t. Lost stone out of a Navajo bezel: we cut and shape a Kingman cab to the original seat — not a generic round, not a substitute. Turquoise inlay popped from a channel: we re-bed it without burning the surrounding silver. Quotes happen at the counter, under magnification, with the piece in your hand.

Stone setting and prong tightening — the repair you’ll forget you needed

Run a fingernail across the prongs on your favorite ring. If you feel a snag, a prong is lifting. Wait six months and the stone is gone — and a 1.5ct Kingman cab doesn’t fall gently onto your kitchen floor. Tightening four prongs typically runs $40–$90. Replacing a lost stone with matched Kingman material is its own conversation, and one we’ve had a thousand times.

Soldering — chains, shanks, clasps, broken everything

Snapped 14k chain: most welds are $45–$95, turnaround 2–4 business days. Cracked shank on a heavy sterling ring: we put it under a loupe and show you the crack before we quote. We don’t flood cracks with solder and call it a repair — if it needs a new shank, we’ll tell you, and it usually buys the piece another twenty years on your hand.

Restringing pearls, beads, and heishi

Hand-knotted between every pearl, the way it was done before the strand snapped at Target. A standard 16–18" strand starts at $65 in silk. Longer strands and turquoise heishi are quoted in person — the bead count and the cord choice both move the price, so we’d rather show you than guess.

Watch repair and batteries

Batteries while you wait — $15 on most quartz movements, including a quick gasket check so the next pool day doesn’t end your watch. Crowns, stems, crystals, band links, and full movement service are all available; mechanical work goes to a watchmaker we’ve trusted since the shop opened.

Cleaning and inspection — free, every time

Anything you bought from us, we’ll clean, polish, and check under magnification. No appointment, no fee, no upsell. The piece looks better, and you find out a prong is lifting before the stone hits the floor.
