Kingman Turquoise & Jewelry ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website at kingmanturquoiseandjewelry.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices about that data. We keep this policy short and direct because that's how we run the shop.

• Information you give us directly. When you fill out the contact form on this site, send us an email, or call us, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to share. When you visit the shop, we may take down contact details you give us for follow-up on a custom order.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs — the visitor's IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps. We use this only to keep the site running and detect abuse. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry, quote a custom piece, or schedule an appointment
• Follow up on an order or repair
• Notify you (if you opt in) about new pieces, restocks, or shop news
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, sales records)

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who need it to help us operate. That currently includes:

• Cloudflare — our website host and security provider
• Email providers we use to receive contact-form submissions
• Payment processors if you make a purchase (we don't store full credit card numbers)
• Shipping carriers if we mail you an order

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We don't share data with them beyond what's needed for the service.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable period after for follow-up and tax/legal record-keeping. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or marketing pixels. We may use minimal first-party cookies needed for basic site functionality. If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we'll update this policy and provide an opt-out.

Your rights

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No internet transmission is ever 100% secure, but we use HTTPS site-wide and limit access to your information internally.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days.
